2 Shirts and a Pair of Jeans

Fashion is ever-changing but if there is one thing that is evergreen in the world of fashion it is Jeans. Many say “2 Shirts and a Pair of Jeans” is more than enough for a two day trip. Why? Because jeans is said to be the sturdiest and the best all-matcher of all waist wear in the fashion world.
Jeans are made from Denim - a rugged cotton twill textile that makes jeans a sturdy material. Nimes, a small town in southern France and India are the first places to produce trousers made of Denim material. Jeans where introduced as early as 1850. Initially they did not make much of a style statement but where one of the most useful trouser materials. The sailors from India and miners from the U.S found Jeans very comfortable as they can be rolled up very easily and can be worn for weeks without much wear and tear!
The Transformation
Levi Strauss, a German Jewish merchant takes all the credit of introducing jeans to the fashion world. As days passed, jeans became a fashion statement from a miner’s uniform!
At present there are hundreds of brands that offer jeans/designer jeans at various prices. Though there are hundreds of brands that exist in the market, Levi’s tops the list being the pioneer of the jean era. Following Levi’s are brands like, Gucci, D&G, True Religion, Calvin Klein, and Lee. They also offer a wide variety to chose from, like, Baggy, Bootcut, Skinny, Flare, Straight cut, High and Low waists.

Though some branded jeans cost a couple of hundred dollars, some are more expensive. Whatever the price maybe a pair of jeans is worth a buy! Because it needs minimal maintenance and looks good even if torn and tattered at the right places!
